These terms govern requests submitted through JetsDeal and the bespoke private flight booking service provided by iConcierge.

Role of JetsDeal
JetsDeal acts as an intermediary to source and help arrange bespoke private aviation services. JetsDeal does not itself operate aircraft. The operating carrier remains responsible for flight operation, safety, licences and regulatory compliance.
Requests and quotations
Submitting a request does not create a booking and no payment is taken on this website. Routes, aircraft, schedules and prices remain subject to availability and confirmation. A booking becomes binding only after the applicable quotation or agreement is accepted and any required payment is completed.
Passenger information
You must provide accurate passenger and travel information and hold the passports, visas and permissions required for the journey. Changes may affect availability, timing and price.
Changes and cancellations
The accepted quotation or booking agreement will state the applicable change, cancellation, baggage and operating conditions. Operational, regulatory, weather or safety constraints may require changes by the carrier.
Liability and law
To the extent permitted by law, iConcierge is responsible for its own booking services but not for acts or omissions of independent carriers or third parties. These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply.

JetsDeal is operated by iConcierge, based in Israel. The website is hosted by Vercel.
